A lifelong Northern New York real estate professional, Desiree has been licensed since 2014 and a Real Estate Broker since 2016. A Top Producer for more than a decade, she has successfully closed nearly 400 transactions throughout her career. In 2019, she was honored as the Jefferson-Lewis Board of REALTORS® REALTOR® of the Year and, after serving on the Board for several years, became its President in 2022.

Deeply connected to the community she serves, Desiree is also President of PAYIT, a local nonprofit organization in Alexandria Bay. When she’s not working with clients or giving back to her community, she enjoys life in the Thousand Islands with her husband and their two children. As Broker/Owner of 12 North Realty, Desiree brings experience, local knowledge, and a modern approach to helping buyers and sellers throughout Northern New York.
